Stone Bridge Farm Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Stone Bridge Farm, Inc. We strive to ensure satisfaction with all our services and products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are processed.
1. Refund/Cancellation Eligibility
The eligibility for a refund or cancellation depends entirely on the type of service or product purchased.
A. Venue Booking, Consultations, Classes
- Booking Deposits: All initial booking deposits (sometimes referred to as retainers) are non-refundable as they secure your date and cover administrative costs and lost opportunities.
- Cancellations: If a client cancels a service after the deposit has been paid but before the final payment is due, the client will forfeit the deposit.
- 90 Day Cancellation Period: If cancellation occurs less than 90 days before the scheduled date, the client may be responsible for a portion or all of the remaining contract balance, as outlined in the service agreement.
- Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of extreme, documented hardship (e.g., military deployment, catastrophic illness), at the sole discretion of Stone Bridge Farm, Inc.
B. Rental Decor and Equipment
- Rental Fees: Fees for rental equipment (such as specialty decor, linens, chairs, or A/V equipment) are non-refundable once the item has been secured and the final payment deadline has passed, as this inventory is reserved exclusively for your event.
- Cancellations: If rental equipment is cancelled before the final payment deadline, a portion of the fee may be refundable, subject to the specific terms outlined in your rental agreement. The initial reservation fee or deposit for rentals is typically non-refundable.
- Damage/Loss: A separate damage deposit may be required for all rental items. This deposit is refundable post-event, provided all items are returned undamaged and accounted for. Costs for missing or damaged items will be deducted from this deposit.
2. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
3. Policy Changes
Stone Bridge Farm, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
